Skorrd is operated by Steve Ford, a sole proprietor in Tennessee, United States. By creating an account you agree to what follows. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.
Skorrd is in active development and is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Features change, break, and occasionally disappear. Access is by invitation and can be ended at any time. Do not use Skorrd as the only record of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Skorrd publishes to your live eBay account. There is no sandbox or practice mode. Anything you publish is a real listing that real buyers can see, bid on and buy, and ending a listing is a real action with real consequences on your account. You are responsible for everything published from your account, including listings created from AI-drafted content that you approved.
Titles, descriptions, categories, item specifics and price suggestions are generated by an AI model from your photos and text. It gets things wrong. It can misread a label, miss a flaw, or describe a material it cannot actually see. Review every listing before you publish it — the accuracy of what you publish is yours.
Comp Search shows asking prices from listings that are currently active on eBay. Those are what sellers are asking, not what anything sold for, and no purchase has occurred at any of those prices. Treat the numbers as a reference point and verify against real sold data before pricing or sourcing decisions.
You connect your own eBay account and remain bound by eBay's User Agreement and policies. Skorrd acts on your instruction; it does not put you outside eBay's rules, and nothing here overrides them. You are responsible for holding the right to sell what you list and for the legality of the items themselves.
Your photos, descriptions, inventory records and business data belong to you. You grant Skorrd permission to store and process them for the sole purpose of operating the service for you — including sending them to the third parties named in the Privacy Policy, which is the only way the product can function. That permission ends when you delete your account.
Skorrd is free during the beta. There is no payment processor connected and no card details are collected. If paid plans are introduced, the terms will be updated and you will be told before anything is charged — a paid plan will never begin silently from a free beta account.
You can stop using Skorrd at any time and ask for your account and data to be deleted. Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are broken, or simply if the beta ends. Listings already live on eBay belong to your eBay account and are not affected either way.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Skorrd is provided without warranty, and Steve Ford is not liable for lost sales, lost listings, lost profit, or other indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
These terms may change as the software does. The date at the top changes with them, and material changes will be communicated directly.
